Ascend Therapy Services believes that each person is created with dignity and should have the opportunity to live life to its fullest. As a mobile outpatient practice, we help aging adults to maximize independence and safety in their own natural environment, wherever they call home. Our purpose is to inspire our clients to reach for their goals with confidence, by teaching new strategies, using adaptive tools, or making modifications to increase skills needed for greater participation in meaningful activity. We serve residents of South King and North Pierce Counties.
