Kara Welke, OTD, OTR/L, CLT started Home Therapy Solutions in 2018 to fill an unmet need in the Grand Forks Community and Surrounding area ~ Quality, Client-Centered Care in the natural environment! Her ultimate goal was to help as many people as possible stay in their home as they age while maintaining their optimal health and overall Quality of Life.
